Concellation Policy: Registrants who are unable to attend the Conference will receive a refund on written cancellations received prior to February 13, 2012. Cancellations received between February 14 and February 24, 2012 will be subject to a $200 processing fee. Regrettably, no refunds will be granted after February 27, 2012. However, a substitute registrant may be designated in lieu of the original registrant [or conference materials will be sent in lieu of a refund after the conference].
